The Committee further report that six Votes in the list of Votes from the town of Calais in the County of Washington; two Votes in that of Vienna in the County of Kennebec, and one Vote in that of Kilmarnock in the County of Penobscot, having been inserted in the respective Lists as Scattering Votes without the name of any person for whom given, were not counted. And that they do not find any returns from the towns of Hope in the County of Lincoln and Pittsfield in the County of Somerset. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

Green and Parsons of York be a Committee with such as the House may join, to employ a person to draft and copy Bills and Resolves during the present session of the Legislature.
