Mr. Dunlap from the Committee appointed to wait upon the Governor and inform him that the Legislature are proceeding upon the public business of the State, and are ready to receive any communication he may be pleased to make to them, Reported that they had performed the duties assigned them, and that the Governor was pleased to say that he would this day at 12 O clock communicate with the two Houses of the Legislature by written messages.
Mr. Green from the Committee appointed to wait upon the Revd.
