Resolve authorizing Thomas Stevens Junior Executor of the last will & testament of William Pousland, to convey certain real estate - was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The Committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Illinois resolutions on the subject of Granting United States Lands for the purposes of Education, reported that it is inexpedient to take any further order thereon - The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence & the House concurred.
