A message was received from the Senate requesting the House to send up to that body the report on the petition of Phillip Morrell & others and on sundry others petitions praying for a new County west of Penobscot River, together with all the accompanying papers. The committee of this House to whom they were referred then laid said papers on the speakers table, whereupon the House ordered the papers to be sent up, & they were sent up accordingly.
