The Conferees on the part of the House on the subject of the difference between the two Houses on the Bill, additional to an act to organize, govern, & discipline the Militia of this State, reported that the House recede from their amendment striking out fifth section & insist on their amendment striking out the sixth section - read & accepted

Report, on petition of John Noyes & others, granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
