Court to admit certain persons to practice in said Courts respectively by inserting the name of Charles O Emerson after that of Daniel M Christie in the 4th line of the Resolve - The House concurred & the Clerk was charged with a message to acquaint the Senate therewith.

Resolve to authorize Josiah Hacker to practice as an attorney of the C C Pleas was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Perley, Ordered, that the Senate be requested to send down the papers relative to the application for a Lottery for the benefit of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation - read & passed.
