Bill imposing fines on towns, neglecting to choose Representatives, which passed this House 10th inst. came from the Senate - that body refusing it a passage - The House concurred.
[Resolve - enacted]
The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of the Penobscot Indians - for obtaining a loan of $ 20"000 - on the pay roll of the Senate - on the pay roll of the House of Representatives which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
