On motion by Mr. Williams Ordered that Messrs Williams, Stebbins and Elden with such as the House may join be a Committee to wait in Albion K. Parris and inform him that he has been elected by the People Governor of the State for the ensuing political year, agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution and that the Senate and House of Representatives will convene in the Representatives Chamber to qualify him for the discharge if the duties of that office agreeably to the Constitution, whenever if may be convenient for him to attend for that purpose - Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred and Messrs Boutelle, Chase and Webber were joined by the House.
