I have this morning received from the Executive of Massachusetts a communication covering sundry Resolves, passed by the Legislature of that State, relative to the depredations which have been committed by British subjects, upon the timber and land owned jointly by the two States, which I lay before the two Branches of the Legislature for their information.

It is peculiarly gratifying that the measures adopted by the Legislature of this State have been so cordially concurred in by by[sic] the Legislature of Massachusetts.
