[Committee - endorsement of Writs]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence instructing the committee on New trials to enquire whether any alterations are necessary in the act providing for the endorsement of original writs - & the House concurred.

Ordered that the committee on New trials be instructed to enquire whether any additional term of the Court of Common Pleas and Court of Sessions be necessary or expedient, in the County of Penobscot - read & passed.
