Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Belgrade was read & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill to incorporate the town of Richmond, which passed this House 4th inst. came from the Senate amended at A2. and B. for concurrence - & the House concurred.

The House resumed the consideration of the Bill, entitled "An Act to divide the State into Districts for the choice of Representatives to the Congress of the United States, - The amendment reported by the committee was read 1st 2d & 3d time & the Bill passed to be engrossed as thus amended, thereby nonconcurring the Senate in their amendments.

Mr Moore agreeably to notice given, moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday referring to the next Legislature the Bill, for the further organization of the Supreme Judicial Court & to abolish the Court of Common Pleas - and the motion was not sustained.
