Ordered that the Committee on Parishes be directed to enquire into the expediency of passing a Law by which Meeting Houses and Lots which proprietors have given to Parishes shall revert to proprietors provided the premises are not occupied by the Parish for hte purposes for which they were given - Read and passed - Sent up for concurrence

Smart of Plymouth, Tuttle of Canaan, McClintock of Bristol, Seaver of South Berwick and Arnold of Palermo be a committee with such as the Senate may join to enquire into the expediency of revising an act entitled an Act to exempt certain goods and chattels from attachment and execution and from distress for taxes passed March 7th 1826 Read and passed - Sent up for concurrence.
