Bill - An Act to incorporate the Augusta High School, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate


The House reconsider their vote finally passing & passing to be engrossed Resolve in favor of Joshua Elder and recommit the same in concurrence with the Senate to the committee who reported the resolve


Resolve providing for the purchase of a site for the Gun House in Paris was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Trustees of Titcomb Belgrade Academy for aid - of Peter Carle & others for an appropriation for an Academy at Princeton were severally read & referred to the Committee on literary institutions. Sent up for concurrence.
