The Senate recede from their former vote, passed said Bill to be engrossed as amended, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and further amend said Bill and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
On motion of Mr. Johnson. Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that Executions, issued on Judgments rendered by Justices of the Peace, shall run throughout the State. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
