Order from the House of Representatives, Instructs the committee on the Judiciary to inquire the expediency of making permanent  by law for the purchase of the usual number of reports of decisions of the supreme judicial court for the use of the state and for the more speedy publication of said reports read and passed in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the committee on Banks and Banking to inquire into the expediency of so amending the act regulating Banks and banking, as to provide that in banks here after chartered with a capital stock greater than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, or Banks whose capital stock shall here after be increased to an amount greater than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, that the proportion so taken by any individual shall be a percentage less than twenty per cent of the whole capital stock and modifying that percentage in proportion to the capital stock of such banks read and passed in concurrence.
