The Committee on Banks and Banking to whom was referred the Report of William D Williamson one of the Bank Commissioners, made a report which was read and ordered to lie on the table, and on motion of Mr Perkins of Kennebunkport it was ordered that 1000 copies of said be printed, and that the Clerk of this House forward one copy thereof to the Cashier of each Bank within this State.

Resolve in favor of the Trustees of the Massachusetts Society for Society for promoting Agriculture was called rep read a second time and on motion of Mr Cobb of New Gloucester indefinitely postponed - and that question was taken by yeas and nays and decided as follows yeas 150 Nays 16 [see appendix page 397.]
