demands, appended to report of the Committee appointed under "Resolve respecting State Prison" has been paid since the 31st day of October A.D. 1833, and also whether or not said demands were actually due to the State on said 31st day of October, 1833, "without reservation, free and unencumbered," and what proportion of said debts, if due, are bad; and also what demands have accrued to the State since October 31st, 1833 and up to October 31st, 1834, and by whom due, and also what amount and to whom the State was indebted on account of the Prison on the 31st of October A.D. 1834; and also to ascertain and report by what rate the stock on hand is estimated at the beginning and end of each year, and by whom the estimation is made, with power to send for persons, and papers, -- read and passed, in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Resolve in favor of Gideon Robinson, and the same was finally passed. [underlined]
