Bill to incorporate the Portland, Saco, and Portsmouth Rail Road Company (introduced in the House) -"- to establish the Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts Rail Road Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, on petition of James Irish and others) came up from the House committed to the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, with Messrs.
