We the subscribers Selectmen of St. Albans in the County of Somerset humbly represent that in our opinion Richard Sawtell Esquire Sheriff of said County has discharged the duties of his office faithfully and impartially while he has been in office; and from our knowledge of Mr. Sawtell we wish he might be continued
