[Committee on regulations] Messr. Dunlap, Prime and Green were then appointed to a Committee to prepare and report a set of Rules and Regulations for the government of the Senate, the present year. Adjourned
3 Oclock P.M. [Returns of Votes for Senators] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the Table the Returns of Votes for Senators in the several Counties; and they were on motion committed to Messr. Green, Dunlap, Prime, Whitney and Parlin.
