To the Hon. Governor and Executive Council at Augusta in Legislature assembled, We the undersigned petitioners recommend Mr. Paul Spooner of Calais as suitable & qualified in all respects to discharge the duties as Agent of the Passamaquoddy tribe of Indians in the County of Washington.
