An order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing Messrs Campbell & Anderson with such as the House may join to take into consideration the expediency of amending the law regulating the mode of the meeting of the Selectmen of towns & assessors of plantations, which are classed for the purpose of counting & sorting the votes for a Representative in such classed district - and the House concurred and Messrs Frost, Sheppard Parsons of New Glouster, Lothrop, & Bean were joined.

Resolve requiring Selectmen to return a list of ministerial and school lands in their respective towns, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the house concurred.
