The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment
Resolve in favor of Harvard College came up, was read a first time, Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading and in the mean time was committed to Messrs Williams, Butman and Kimball.
On motion by Mr. Stebbins, Ordered, that the Secretary of State notify the Governor that Elias Thomas has been duly elected Treasurer of this State signified his acceptance and given bond to the state with sureties, to the satisfaction of the Legislature Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
