[Report - passage for teams on ice &c]

provision is necessary to ensure a convenient passage for teams &c on the ice, reported a reference of the subject to the committee who have under consideration the 25 Section of the act directing the method of laying out & making provision for the repair & amendment of Highways with a view to amend the same - read & accepted.
