[Committee - time of holding Sessions Courts in Lincoln]

An order came from the Senate instructing the committee on New trials to enquire as to the expediency of altering the time of holding any of the terms of the Court of Sessions within &for the County of Lincoln, for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - fisheries Vinalhaven]

Bill respecting the fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven - was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - Parsonsfield -]

Bill to establish a ministerial fund in Parsonsfield - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that Messrs Ruggles, Fossat [Fossatt] & Merrill of Windsor be a committee to enquire what provision ought to be made by law to prevent the buying & selling of dormant titles to real estate - read & passed.
