The House resumed the consideration of the Resolve accepting a deed of Joshua Gage & others conveying a lot of land for the permanent seat of government - The committee to whom this subject was referred yesterday, reported an amendment which was rejected. Mr Hutchinson then moved to add at A the words "at any particular time" which was lost pro. 59 con. 74. Mr Smith then moved a reference of the subject to the next Legislature which prevailed: pro 70. con. 66.
