 Ordered, that the Secretary of State be requested to furnish this House with an abstract of the Inspection Returns of Fish, made to his office for the year 1834. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Winbourn A Swett and others for a Canal was read and referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Peter Adams in behalf of the first private burial ground Society in the town of Union, praying to be exempted from liability to aid in support of town burying grounds, and also to be exempted from taxation was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.
