Bill - to incorporate the Eastern Mechanics Association was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
The committee to whom was referred the Bill, laid on the table by Mr. Brooks of Portland, entitled an act concerning Corporations for Bridges, reported that legislation is inexpedient, and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.
