Petition of Sewall Cram, praying to be admitted to practice at the Courts of Common Pleas in this State came up from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee. - the Senate nonconcur with the House in their reference, and refer the same to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
