Mr. Fish, from the Committee on State Lands to which was referred the petition of Israel Davis and Jacob M. Russell reported a statement of facts - - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Israel Davis and Jacob M. Russell (reported by Mr Fish on the petition of said Davis and Russell) was read once and amended, and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

The same Gentleman from the same Committee reported leave to withdraw on petition of of David Trask. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr O'Brien, from the Committee on Division of Towns, reported notice to next Legislature on petition of Samuel Allen and others, William Walker and others; and leave to withdraw on petition of John A. Phelps ..... read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
