Bill an act in additional to an act to incorporate the Calais Rail Way Company was read 1st & 2s time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Report of the joint standing committee on the Judiciary upon an act to repeal an act establishing the duties to be paid by certain officers &c, that legislation thereon is inexpedient was accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Report on the petition of of Charles Miller & J.C Glidden granting leave to withdraw, was recommitted in concurrence with the Senate

Bill an act authorizing the Selectmen Clerk and Treasurer of the town of Lovell to transfer certain funds in their trust, to the trustees of the school fund in said town, was read a 2d time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve in favor of certain officers & soldiers of the Revolutionary War was read a 2d time & ordered to lie on the table.

An act respecting cities, was read 1st & 2d time, (laid on table by Mr Greely of Portland) and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for 3d reading.

Bill an act to repeal an act entitled an act for the education of youth, was recommitted in concurrence with the Senate.
