Order from the House of Representatives, in- structing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that the action of replevin shall on the death of the defendant, survive against his personal representatives - read and passed in concurrence.

The following Orders came up from the House of Representatives --- severally read and passed in concurrence, to wit. Instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of providing that the law, prohibiting Sheriffs and Deputy Sheriffs from acting as attornies to parties be extended to Con- stables___________
