Friday, February 13, 1835.

The Committee on Division of Towns, to which was referred the petition of Charles Leavens and others, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the same -- read and accepted; and the said petition was referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, in concurrence.

Mr Tobin, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, reported order of notice to next Legislature on petition of Thomas Bartlett and others, and inhabitants of the Town of Fryeburg, and leave to withdraw on petition of Albert G. Brown and others -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurrence. [Concurred.]

Mr. Purinton, from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Ashur Ware and Nathan Weston Jr. -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Latham, from the Committee on State Roads, reported leave to withdraw on petitions of the town of Kilmarnock, William Butterfield and others and George M. Chase and others -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Clark, from the Joint Select Committee, to which was referred an order relative to abolishing the Courts of County Commissioners and establishing Courts of Sessions in the several Counties in this State, reported legislation on that subject inexpedient -- read and accepted.
