Mr. Emmons, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Samuel Edwards; and legislation inexpedient on an order relative to amending or altering the language of the 1st Section of an additional Act respecting the qualification of voters in town affairs, and an order relative to an alteration in the law securing to owners their property in logs, masts &c, read and accepted.
