268 Bill in addition to an Act to incorporate the town of Naples, passed March 4,1834, came up - the House, having reconsidered their vote passing the same to be engrossed, referred said bill to the Committee on the Judiciary, and the same, on motion of Mr. Emmons, was ordered to lie on the table.

Bill repealing part of an Act to establish a Municipal Court in the town of Bath (reported by Mr. Emmons from the Committee on the Judiciary on petition of David Stinson and others, John Chism and others and the Commissioners for Lincoln County.) Bill additional establishing the Kennebec Boom Corporation (reported in the house by the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals on petition of Parker Sheldon). Resolve in favor of Warren Hathorn severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Carritunk Bridge (reported in the house by the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, on petition of Elijah Grover and others) was read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State (reported in the House by the Committee on Accounts) was read once and tomorrow at three o'clock in the afternoon assigned for a second reading.
