standing injunction of the law in this case, the regulation of the details of such detachments as may probably be required from the Brigade in the course of the season, is a point of consequence which urges the necessity of an accurate and timely attention to this object: And in this view it would be desirable to have the Returns of Regiments & select Companies sent to the Brigade-Major, as early at least, as the middle of June next.
