[Resolve] Mr. Dunlap from the Committee to whom was referred the Resolve relating to the allowance of the Massachusetts claims now pending before the Congress of the United States, reported the same in a New Draft, which was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
