Mr Williams requested a return of the House to be taken, in order that he might, ( if the adequate numbers of members should be found to be in their seats,) move a reconsideration of the vote passed on 22d inst. referring the subject of the report on the deed of Joshua Gage & als, &c &c - On takeny [?] the return it appeared but 135 members were present a less [?] number than when said vote passed.
