[Resolve - engrossing Clerks -]

Resolve for the payment of engrossing Clerks & others persons came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence - & the House passed the same to be engrossed in concurrence

[additional pay to the Clerk -]

Ordered that the committee on the Pay Roll make up fifteen days additional pay for the Clerk of this House as full compensation to him for copying the records, making an index to the same and filing the papers after Legislature shall disolve. read & passed.

[Report of conference on Bill on subject of County - Estimates -]

The conferees on the part of the House having met & conferred with the conferees on the part of the Senate, relative to the subject of disagreement between the two branches as to the amendment proposed in the Senate to the Resolve on the subject of County Estimates, reported that the House adhere to their vote - report read & accepted & the House adhered accordingly. Sent up the papers for the Senate to act upon.

[Conferees on the Resolve relating to the erection of a Court House in Lincoln County -]

The Senate appointed Messrs Wheeler, McCobb & Miller conferees on their part on the disagreement of the two Houses upon the Resolve relating to the erection of a Court House in Lincoln County - The House on their part appointed Messrs Parsons, Cobb & Quinnam.

[Bill - salary of adj t General]

Bill representing the Salary of the Adjutant General, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed. The House reconsidered their vote postponing the Bill indefinitely but adhere to their vote referring to pass the Bill -

Report on the petition of John Spring & als granting leave for a Bill, came from the Senate with a certificate that they
