[Bill - to divide North Yarmouth]

Bills in addition to an act entitled an act divide the town of North Yarmouth & incorporate the Westerly part thereof into a town by the name of Cumberland, which was in this House on the 29th inst. referred to the next Legislature, came back from the Senate nonconcurred in the reference - whereupon the House voted to insist upon their vote. Sent up.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of merry meeting Bridge which passed this House yesterday, came back from the Senate amended for concurrence, & the House concurred.
