Bill additional to an act for the prevention of Lotteries not authorized by law, and to prohibit the sale or purchase of tickets in this State, was Read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended at K. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve respecting claims assigned to this State by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, was read 1st a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Notice to Governor of the election of Joseph C Boyd Esq as Treasurer.]
