February 4th came back amended for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - town meetings]

Bill, an act in addition to an act, entitled an act regulating towns, town meetings & the choice of town officers passed March 19th 1821, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Rep - Speedy method of collecting debt]

The Committee to enquire as to the expediency of providing a speedy method of collecting debts without imprisonment reported a Bill - report accepted.
