To the Senate and House of Representatives: (see page 202.) I have this morning received from the Executive of Massachusetts a communication covering sundry Resolves, passed by the Legislature of that State, relative to the depredations which have been committed by British subjects, upon the timber and land owned jointly by the two States, which I lay before the two Branches of the Legislature for their information.
