Reports - on petition of plan. No 8 & 9 in Hancock to be incorp. by name of Franklin - on petition of Stephen Clark of Trenton to be annexed to Sullivan - on petition of Nathl Smith of No 14 to annex a part of it to Mariaville - granting an order of notice, came down accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring the several Bank returns to the committee on Banks & Bankings for concurrence & the House concurred.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill, further regulating the proceedings upon warrants issued by Justice of Peace. - to repeal the 2d section of an act entitled an act to restrain unincorporated Banking Associations and for other purposes were severally passed to be enacted.
