The same committee reported as duly engrossed - Resolve, confirming the doings of the Trustees of North Yarmouth Academy - in favor of the Penobscot Indians - relating to the Judicial Courts in York County - was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the committee on New trials be directed to consider whether any & if any what alteration or amendments may be necessary in an act entitled An act for the support & regulation of Mills - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to authorized the sale of ministerial lands in Shapleigh, was called up & referred to Messrs Wood, Morrill & Page.

Isaac Adams, & Morrill of C. be a committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration the expediency of altering the Inspection law respecting salted provisions, which may have been inspected in other States & brought into this State - read & passed.
