[Bill - Militia]

Bill additional to an act to organize, govern & discipline of the Militia of this State - was amended by striking out the 8th Sec. in concurrence with the Senate & further by striking out 5th & 6th Sec. & correcting the numbering of the Sections - Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - Sheriffs]

Bill additional respecting Sheriffs came from the Senate, postponed indefinitely for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Report - Jacob Scholfield & als]

Report on the petition of Jacob Scholfield & others, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - Sessions]

Bill additional to an act to establish a Court of Sessions, came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence - The House nonconcurred the Senate - & adhere to their former vote passing this Bill to be engrossed.

[Bill - Beef, Pork &c]

Bill additional respecting the inspection of Beef, Pork, Butter, & Hogs lard &c came from the Senate with a further amendment at A for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Resolve - Electors of Pres.]

Resolve providing for the choice of electors of President &c Vice President came from the Senate with a certificate of the appointment of Messrs Usher, Wilkins & Chandler as Conferees on said Bill, on the part of the Senate - The House on their part appointed Messrs Fillebrown, Parsons of E. & Sturdivant as conferees.
