On motion by Mr. Dumont of Hallowell, Ordered, That Messrs. Dumont of Hallowell, Boyd of Harmony & Humphrey of Gray with such as the Senate may join be committee to whom shall be submitted all the Acts & resolves which shall be passed by the Legislature whose duty it shall be to designate what are public & what are private, & certify the same to the Secretary of State - sent up for concurrence.
