An order came from the Senate for concurrence, authorizing the joint select committee, to whom was referred the Treasurers report, to settle with Mark Harris Esq the late Treasurer of State, to receive the property in the Treasurers office from said Harris and transfer the same to Asa Redington Junr Treasurer elect, and that said Committee be directed to make out a Schedrite of said property and lodge the same in the office of the Secretary of State - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the town of Bridgeport, came from the Senate indefinitely postponed - read once and on motion of Mr Humphrey of Gray referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on State Lands on the petition of Matthias Murch a Revolutionary Soldier was discharged from the further consideration of the subject and the petition was referred to the committee on Military Pensions. Sent up for concurrence.
