Remonstrance of Prentiss Mellen & others against the alteration of the charter of the City of Portland as prayed for in the petition of Thomas Todd & others, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.
On motion of Mr Sabine of Eastport, Ordered, That the Secretary of State be requested to furnish the House with the returns of Blind persons in the State, as made to his office in the year 1834.
