47. Petition of Jacob M. Russell and another asking for a grant of land, read and referred to the Committee on State Lands, in concurrence.
Bill authorizing the United States of America to take and hold lands within this State for the purpose of erecting Light houses thereon was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.
